Accommodations at Nicura Ranch include 3 ground level guest suites adjacent to the barn, and 2 new suites located within the stables, in the barn loft. Experience farm life like never before as you lounge on your private patio overlooking the horse pasture or open your door directly into the barn to say “hello” to the goats and horses.
All suites have a private entrance and bathroom. Our ground level suites (Rose, Sunflower and Lavender) have patios, while our loft suites (Thoroughbred and Palomino) have interior views of the animal stables and stalls. Find the perfect one for you, by exploring each suite below.

The Rose Suite
Elegant, vintage and full of country charm, the Rose suite is our largest accommodation, and comfortably sleeps 4. This suite has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and living room with a pullout couch. A separate, private bedroom features a queen bed and fireplace. The outdoor patio includes a fire pit and seating area. The Rose Suite is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway.
The Lavender Suite
Famously featured in the series, 50 states in 50 days, the Lavender Suite is truly special! The room features a bedroom window peeking in on our adorable goats. Our goats, Ginger and Cinnamon, will keep you entertained for the duration of your visit. Along with the bedroom (queen bed), the suite features a full farmhouse kitchen, and spacious bathroom. Located on the first floor, the suite’s outdoor patio offers a grill, seating area and lounge chairs on a grass lawn. The Lavender suite can accommodate 2 guests.
The Sunflower Suite
Our coziest accommodation, the Sunflower Suite includes a king size bed, private bathroom , living room and patio. The living room and bedroom area are separated by a half wall. This suite is best suited for 1-3 guests. The suite includes a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The Sunflower Suite is on the first floor, and centrally located in our Gallery Lounge. The suite has a wonderful outdoor patio with views of the front horse pasture.
There is not a kitchen in this suite, but there is a mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave.
The Thoroughbred Suite
A unique accommodation located above the horse stalls. The spacious Thoroughbred Suite offers a perfect blend of comfort and countryside charm, with windows that provide a delightful view of the horse and goat stalls in the barn below.
The large suite can accommodate 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a cozy living room with a wet bar and pullout couch. Decorated in a sophisticated horse theme, the room exudes warmth and character, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.
From the bedroom window, enjoy views of tree-lined hills, the chicken village, pond, and horses in the back pasture.
The Palomino Suite
A unique accommodation located above the animal stalls, the Palomino Suite offers elegance and rustic charm. Like our Thoroughbred Suite, Palomino (named after our blonde horse) provides a delightful view of the animals in the barn below.
The cozy suite can accommodate 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and living room with a wet bar and pullout couch. Decorated with the horse lover in mind, the room is rustic and sophisticated, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.
From the bedroom window, enjoy the beautiful views of tree-lined hills and the back horse pasture.
Planning a getaway for a group?
We have several options for larger groups. For the ultimate experience and privacy, you can “Rent the Ranch.” This option sleeps up to 18 guests, and includes all five suites, the Gallery Lounge, and all amenity spaces.
If you are planning a trip for a smaller group, (4-8 guests) we suggest the following suite pairings. These suites are in close proximity to each other and perfect for small groups. These pairings are Rose & Sunflower (8 guests, with a kitchen), and Palomino & Thoroughbred (8 guests and located in a private area of the barn).
